How long does a typical project take?
A focused landing page or web project takes 2–4 weeks. A full custom software product typically ranges from 6 to 16 weeks depending on scope. We agree on a timeline before any work starts — no surprises.
Do you work with fixed prices or hourly rates?
Mostly fixed-scope projects with a locked price agreed upfront. For ongoing development retainers we work on a monthly basis. We do not bill surprises.
What if I am not sure which service fits my problem?
Use the project wizard on the Contact page. A rough description of your challenge is enough for us to give you a clear first recommendation — usually within 24 hours.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window. For ongoing work, we offer monthly retainers covering maintenance, updates, and new feature additions.
Can I fully own the source code?
Absolutely. Full code ownership transfers at project completion. You get repository access, documentation, and everything you need to maintain or extend the project independently.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We work with clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Lebanon, and remotely worldwide. All project management is asynchronous-friendly and works across time zones.
