Refund Policy

This policy outlines how refunds are handled for digital and custom services provided by GXN Services.

1) Digital services

Due to the nature of digital services, completed work, delivered code, consultations, strategy work, and custom development services are generally non-refundable.

Once a milestone has been delivered or a service has been performed, the value has been provided and cannot be “returned” in the way physical goods can.

2) Partial refunds

GXN Services may offer partial refunds in exceptional situations at its sole discretion. Examples may include:

  • A project is cancelled before meaningful delivery begins
  • A duplicate payment is made accidentally
  • A billing error is confirmed and corrected

Any partial refund decision will consider work performed, costs incurred, and third-party fees.

3) Non-refundable situations

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • Completed milestones or delivered code
  • Approved work or accepted deliverables
  • Delays caused by clients (missing input, approvals, access)
  • Strategy sessions, workshops, or consulting time already provided
  • Custom software development and bespoke implementation work
  • Hosting-related costs and third-party service fees

4) Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate service suspension and legal escalation where necessary.
